Qiang Wang

(b. 1998) is a Los Angeles-based designer from Fujian, China. With an emphasis on typography, his body of work spans across print and digital media, taking forms in print publications, websites, identities, posters, as well as animations. his works have been exhibited at the Weltformat Graphic Design Festival (2017; Lucerne, CH) and featured in publications such as Blank Poster Volume 1 (2019; Blank Publishing, Oslo, NO), Asia Pacific Design Yearbook (2019; Sandu Publishing, Guangzhou, CN), and INDIE TYPE: Typefaces and Creative Font Application in Design (2019; Sandu Publishing, Guangzhou, CN). Previously, he worked at Koto, Gretel, and Butchershop as a participant of WGI. He holds a B.A. in Design Media Arts from the university of california, los angeles (graduated June 2020).
